The main purpose of the directory is to provide a comprehensive register of available apps for pregnant women, while at the same time offering members a platform to highlight their products.

Description:
The directory will consist of companies who are technology based organizations whose solutions specifically cater to maternal health needs. Companies need to demonstrate that their applications or products are intended for the purposes of promoting maternal health, care and education.

Terms and Conditions

The following are the MATCH Coalition Maternal Health Technology Solution Directory Terms and Conditions:

Company Information. MATCH Coalition will publish the information Company provides to the MATCH Coalition Maternal Health Technology Solution Directory, open to public on its website. MATCH Coalition will not sell Company’s information to any third party entity. MATCH Coalition Maternal Health Technology Solution Directory adheres to the MATCH Coalition Privacy Statement which can be found on the website.

Upkeep of information. Company is responsible for keeping their information current. Company is solely responsible for the removal and or deletion of their information from the directory and may do so by logging in to the self registration tool and deleting or unpublishing their company information.

Media Release Waiver. MATCH Coalition may reference the name of your corporate representative, your company name, logo, company description, or likeliness for purposes of showcasing your solution on the MATCH Coalition website. MATCH Coalition will seek your approval prior to any other form of use.

Suspension and Termination. The MATCH Coalition shall have the right to suspend or remove Company’s information from the Directory if it violates any of the terms and conditions or engages in conduct seriously prejudicial to the purposes and interests of Directory and the MATCH Coalition and fails to correct that breach within thirty (30) days of notice from MATCH Coalition.

Authority to Publish Information. The person entering into this Agreement on behalf of Member hereby represents, warrants and covenants to MATCH Coalition that it has the authority to disclose this information to MATCH Coalition.

No Other Licenses. By executing this Agreement, Company neither grants nor receives, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any rights under any copyright, patents or other intellectual property rights of MATCH Coalition, its member, or another Company, except as expressly provided in the terms and conditions (e.g., MATCH’s right to disclose and publicize the Company's details provided through this form by the Company for the purposes of inclusion in the Directory).

“Checkbox” Agreed - Company accepts the terms and conditions of the MATCH Coalition Maternal Health Directory.
